I was on a call this evening with a coaching client of mine who is a progressive and forward thinking medical doctor. He was in a bit of a flux because he finds himself between this cross-road of expanding his reach (i.e., a national scale audience) via media outlets (i.e., sensationalized daytime talk and radio shows) and honoring who he is, and one of the key components of his message (i.e., television, radio, and the news in particular increases stress levels, which in turn increases cortisol levels, and long story short, is hyper bad for your health and we should not participate.).
What is really interesting is that just a few weekends ago, I had an artist friend of mine express his concern with essentially the same conundrum.
His work is amazing, both a musician and an artist, he creates beautiful high vibrational channelled jewelry designs. In fact, I am awaiting my own custom design. When I asked why he was not promoting his work on the available social media outlets, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram (he does have a few videos on YouTube), he replied, essentially, that he does not like to self-promote and that the people who want his work will find their way to him.
That's a beautiful 5D+ thought process, and I adore him for it. In fact, I believe he is absolutely correct, that is after all, how I discovered him. I was in a YouTube rabbit hole that landed me directly into his beautiful world.
If he is content to receive the wondering Alices of Wonderland then that is absolutely okay. At the same time, however, this is what Jeff Walker from "The Product Launch Formula" would refer to as "Hope Marketing." I would classify it as exemplary of a 5D+ thought process in a 3D world. At the same time, however, if we desire to choose to positively impact and effectuate change in the 3D world as we know it, we have the opportunity to fully engage in this 3D game, and that is okay too.
My father told me once that, "Some people are so heavenly minded they are of no Earthly good." He was paraphrasing this scripture, I believe:
"Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your[a] life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory." Colossians 3:1-4
Dad and the Bible are absolutely correct in this respect.
Look, if your passion/goal/calling/talent/passion/skill is to empower/inspire/heal/ and/or raise the consciousness/vibration of your sphere of influence, but at the same time you believe on some level it is shameful and/or wrong to "promote" yourself in accordance with with "rules" of the current game settings at play, allow me to offer you a different perspective.
You, you beautiful 5D+ minded inhabitant, chose to be here, at this time and in this moment. You, on a deep, perhaps even subconscious level, agreed to the terms of the current "game." Hiding your light helps no one - I would proffer that it may actually be a dis-service.
If no one knows that you are expanding longevity and preventing illness and disease, whose years are you expanding, and whose health are you healing? If no one knows that your art or jewelry has the vibrational level of 700+ (see Power versus Force by Dr. David Hawkins for clarity on this reference, specifically the Scale of Consciousness), whose vibration are you raising? (Understanding, that when we raise our own vibration we effect the vibration of those around us).
Until one recognizes the genius within oneself, one will have great difficulty recognizing it in others. - David R. Hawkins
I submit to those of you who empathize with the good physician and the amazing artist, that there is a "bridge" available to bring your higher vibrational healing messages to the ears, comprehension, and understanding of those who are perhaps vibrating somewhat lower but who are also seeking and/or ready for you, for your gifts, for your light.
Notice I said, "seeking" and "ready." It's true, not everyone is ready, but you already know that this too, is okay.
There is this great little quote I heard once from...I think it was Jack Canfield, "Some will, some won't, so what, next."
In short, it's up to you to present your offering to the world, and I mean the WORLD. All the while understanding that those who have ears to hear your message will, those who don't won't, and that too is okay.
Repeat after me, "I am open and willing to present and release." Present to the world in all your beautiful healing, artistic glory and release any attachment to the outcome."
